Imperium Housing Solutions is a small UK operator built to do one thing properly: take the day-to-day stress of rental property off owners' shoulders, and put well-managed homes into the hands of councils, NHS housing teams, and registered providers who need them.
Who we are
Imperium was founded by Kieran Thurston after years of watching the same pattern in the UK rental market — landlords stretched thin, social housing teams short on quality stock, tenants caught in the middle. The premise was straightforward: if a small, careful team handles the leasing, the day-to-day, and the standards, everyone benefits.
We're early-stage and deliberately so. Small portfolio, direct relationships, founder on every call. Growth on our terms, not investor terms.
What we do
We sign multi-year commercial leases on private property and sublet to councils, NHS housing teams, and registered providers. The owner is paid a fixed monthly rent regardless of whether the property is occupied. Maintenance, compliance, and tenant management sit with us. The owner's calendar empties.
What we promise

What we don't pretend
