Our approach is demand-led: we aim to understand the housing requirement first and source suitable property around it, rather than presenting stock speculatively.
Who we are
Imperium was founded by Kieran Thurston, who is a director of Imperium Housing Solutions Ltd. The business is built around a simple idea: if a careful team handles the sourcing, the compliance and the day-to-day management, then providers get suitable accommodation and owners get a professional partner.
What you can expect
