We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell or share data with marketing networks. We do not collect anything from anyone we have reason to believe is under 16.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, schedule a callback, confirm your appointment, and — if you become a client — deliver the service you've engaged us for.

The lawful basis under UK GDPR is your consent (you submitted the form) and our legitimate interest in running a small business and following up with people who've asked to be contacted.

Who sees your data

Your information is handled by Imperium staff and a small set of technology providers that store or transmit it on our behalf. Each is bound by their own data-protection obligations. They are:

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised. If you go on to become a client, your data is retained for the duration of the contract and for six years afterwards in line with HMRC and FCA record-keeping expectations.
