For Landlords

Steadier income. Fewer phone calls.

Three ways to work with us, all built around one principle — you should own property, not run an operations business.

01 — Guaranteed rent

Multi-year lease, paid the same day every month.

We sign a commercial lease on your property for three to five years and sublet to councils, NHS housing teams, or registered providers. You're paid a fixed monthly rent whether the property is occupied or empty.

  • Same rent payment on the same day — every month, no void periods
  • We handle maintenance, compliance, and tenant management
  • Property returned at end of term in agreed condition
  • One point of contact (us), one income line, one decision a year
02 — Full management

You retain the tenancy. We run the day-to-day.

For landlords who prefer to keep direct tenancies but want the operational weight lifted: we find tenants, run referencing, handle maintenance, collect rent, and stay on top of legal compliance.

  • Tenant find, reference, deposit handling, and inventory
  • 24/7 maintenance line for tenants — issues triaged before they reach you
  • Monthly rent collection with full statement and remittance
  • Annual compliance check (gas, electric, EPC, deposit protection)
03 — Tenant find

Marketed, referenced, signed. You take it from there.

For landlords who self-manage but want a careful tenant placement. We list the property, vet applicants properly, complete the paperwork, and hand the keys over to a tenant ready to move in.

  • Professional photography and listing across major portals
  • Full applicant referencing — affordability, ID, prior landlord, right-to-rent
  • AST drafted, signed digitally, deposit registered in your name
  • One-time fee, no ongoing commitment

Your money is protected

Where we collect rent or hold a deposit on your behalf, that money is covered by Client Money Protect, membership number CMP015418. Client money protection is a legal requirement for letting agents in England, and it means that if we were ever to misappropriate your money or become insolvent, you could recover it through the scheme rather than from us.

We are also a member of The Property Redress Scheme (PRS058665), which gives you an independent route to resolve a dispute if our own complaints procedure hasn't settled it. Both memberships are verifiable directly with the schemes.

Who we work with

What we don't do

We don't take every property. If your stock isn't a fit for the social housing pathway, we'll tell you on the first call — no time wasted, no awkward conversation later. Honesty up front is part of the model.
